All you need to do is Register for the event, pay for your space and you will get immediate access to the course. ​
Some councils provide incentive packs which is why there is a small charge and once you have finished the course and filled in your feedback your gift pack will be sent directly to you.

Frequently Asked Questions:
Q: Why are the prices different?
A: Most of our programs are funded through the waste levy fund and councils use different amounts of funding to provide participants with a pack of incentives which is the free gift you get at the end. Some councils provide the course for free with no incentives.
Q: Can I buy a ticket if I don't live in that region?
A: No. The funding is from the council for the residents of that area only.
Q: When will I receive my gift pack?
A: At completion of the course you are asked to submit a feedback form which is important for the council to know what their residents thought of the course provided and then you will be asked what your current postal address is after submitting the feedback. Once the address is received you pack will be distributed to you within 5 working days and you will be sent a tracking number.
Q: Do I have to watch the Course all at once?
A: No. You will create a log in for our website when you register and then you can come and go as you please to participate in the course.
