Glass Recycling Project - How does Glass get recycled?

The Proof... Glass does get recycled right here in New Zealand!

I always have people in our comments sections saying “all the recycling goes to landfill”, and other similar comments. That’s why I was determined to share the “Journey of glass” to prove to Kiwis that if they recycle correctly, their glass can be recycled right here in NZ.

I am excited to share with you my tour of the VISY Glass Manufacturing plant in Auckland, where glass from around the country is recycled into brand-new bottles and jars.
